I'd been reluctant to go to a hearing center, after hearing of many horror stories where there was high pressure to get new expensive hearing aids. I had actually been 5 years without visiting one and my hearing aids just weren't doing the job they use to. Chris Lloyd took away my fear of doing this, in one short visit, and I'll never skip an annual checkup again. He listened carefully to what I was looking for, found and cleared some wax from one ear drum, replaced the wax coated and stiff original tubing, and adjusted the volume on my hearing aids. It improved things dramatically! There was no pressure to take an expensive hearing test, nor to consider buying "better" new hearing aids. I highly recommend him, no matter what your situation.

We were able to make an appointment quickly to clean out earwax. He was proficient, quick and for only $15 per ear.
